Calling this a Nazi parteiadler is pretty absurd.
- mikeash 9y agoAnd they're using one shaped just like the Nazi eagle instead of one like the standard US eagle because they just think it flows better or something?
- Danihan 9y agoDo all Eagle graphics have to have their wings up in the air or you'll automatically assume they are Nazi dogwhistle symbols...?
- mikeash 9y agoNo, but when you combine it with Breitbart's fascist leanings it's clear enough for me. We don't have to examine each piece in isolation.
- Danihan 9y agoHow do they lean fascist when they constantly argue against bigger government?
- mikeash 9y agoThey don't constantly argue against bigger government. For example, they love police and want much stricter immigration restrictions. Don't confuse "I am in favor of small government" with actually being in favor of small government. The American right wing has been playing that stupid game for decades.

- eat-shit-commie 9y agoThe left is a bazillion times more fascist than the right. But you brainwashed monkeys wouldn't know it. Too busy gargling cock and toeing the party line. Fuck off commie.
- phd514 9y agoThe Getty Images link below has a pretty broad range of American eagle emblems with similarities to eagle emblems used by other countries. It seems this is case of seeing Nazis where one wishes to see Nazis. http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/illustration/american-eagle-symbol-royalty-free-illustration/132073442 http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/illustration/american-eagl...
- oh_sigh 9y agoEspecially considering the fact that our coinage literally has an eagle with the words "e pluribus unum" on it. The lengths that people will go in order to self deceive is mind boggling to me.
