As with many things in this article, I disagree with their statement on cereal very much. I would rather spend my money on better foods for my children than the processed, sugar-filled, expensive "cereals" that are marketed as "healthy". I prefer the actual term for [cereal](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cereal https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cereal) and we try to stick to that mixed with yogurt and fruits.
