Oddly enough, Microsoft doesn't have its own client side ui framework, they build typescript and some other component stacks but leverage other UI frameworks in their products. React seems big in their office division - with outlook.com, office web and sharepoint using a lot of react - but pitch angular seemingly everywhere else.
