adding on to this, don't partner with two people who are non-technical. Early on they won't be needed for any work (unless one is a skilled designer or something), and you will be taking all the risk, and they will control the company (see company 2 above). In this situation it makes the most sense to be ask to be paid for your work, and if the idea takes off, they can take you on as a founder.
