Regarding (2) my team might not have plans to sue Facebook but one of other 40.000 colleagues of mine might in the future. Maybe they want to sue FB because they use some of the company's VR patents through Oculus. Now I have to admit I don't know if their patents clause has any validity when we don't do business in the US, though.
