Pretty much every ICO is already excluding US customers out of SEC fears
- davidgerard 9y agoAnd yet EOS.io had billboards in the US. Unless ICOs can show positive action to try to stop US buyers, they may have trouble - the SEC specifically stated it was going to look at what actually happens (does it look like a security offering that allows US buyers) over the boilerplate.
