I'm curious as to what you might use this for. To my understanding, most of the time people use a proxy, it is to access information they think they should be able to anyway, and I tend to agree with them. I'd love to be able to access something like BBC iPlayer without a proxy, as I know many non-US users would sit through hulu ads if they were given the chance. Any use for this other than restricting access?
