Indeed, it seems like a huge hassle, especially having to think about turning on/off your cloud resources.
Internet is going to cost way more than $5/mo.
To keep things cheap, I just use my work laptop and an OVH $3.50 VPS for the other things.
- movedx 9y agoRemembering to turn off or disable/delete cloud resources is a thing of the (very distant) past: you can automate away that problem with ease. AWS provide free services for doing this.
- tlarkworthy 9y agoThat's why preemptibles were suggested, they auto turn off within 24 hours
