I'm pleased to see the forced arbitration and class action waivers get noticed, here. I was going to recommend the EFF's "TOSBACK" program, but it turns out they're already linked to TOSDR. I'm pleased that TOSBACK is still running! I expected to find it dying from lack of support, like the EFF's printer tracking dots list.
