No but I have left a company due to the lack of vision and mission.

- Raphmedia 9y agoYou can only work so long with the motivation of "the company will make more money". The company I am at right now has a clear vision and a clear mission. I find myself a lot more motivated.
- AnimalMuppet 9y agoI'm not the person you're asking, but I'll throw in my two cents. If they don't have a mission, they're probably going to have trouble doing something that anyone cares about enough to pay them for.
