He did not state that women had a harder time leading than men? That seems like a mention of ability.
- yorwba 9y agoGoogle apparently already had a women-only program that was predicated on the assumption that women have a harder time leading than men. So it doesn't seem like Damore's claim was particularly unusual within Google.
- salvar 9y agoMy comment was to refute the statement that Damore never mentioned ability in his memo.
