That's what I thought...and, as is stated elsewhere, it's a pretty unfortunate state of affairs. I'll go further and say that it's close to something like a real root problem, that exhibits symptoms in various ways. The overall 'noise level' is so high, and most everyone is so 'high strung'....that assuming the worst appears to be the default.
