How much of a time investment is it? Most graduate CS programs in the US have a lot of programming assignments and projects, and with a full-time tech job, it might be a bit hard to do it while maintaining a work-life balance. I'd prefer a testing-heavy approach, with written exams, one- or two-hour programming/coding exams (similar to an interview), and in general other low-time-investment ways of verifying you've learned the material.
