Will this mean Google search can now also be scraped.
- dragonwriter 9y agoThis is a preliminary injunction, which is a tool to prevent irreparable harm to a party before a case is resolved on its merits. It shouldn't be taken as a strong indicator of what will be found legal in this case, much less a different hypothetical one.
