To whom have you granted the license to? I could see a legal argument that you've granted LinkedIn such a license, along with the right for LinkedIn to sublicense and transfer it, but still retain the right to press claims against third parties that scrape LinkedIn and use the information. I don't think you've granted LinkedIn the right to sue to enforce your claims against third parties, so you'd have to sue directly.
