They partly are. The USA, for all its faults, is the last bastion of free speech in the world. And I say this as a European.

- matt4077 9y agoYou seem to defend the idea that 'limitations to free speech lead to dictatorships' by defining a dictatorship as 'any government that puts limitations on free speech'. ...which is obviously tautological.
