You can re-enable the certificate info when you click on the lock icon. Visit chrome://flags/#show-cert-link, click Enable, and restart your browser.

  On what version? I can't find that option on chromium 59.0.3071.115. Tried your link, which just gave me the top of the page, and tried ctrl-Fing for 'cert' but only got 'Allow invalid certificates for resources loaded from localhost.'
