I speak 5 languages and have caught myself counting in 3-4 of them at a time. E.g one-two-trzy-cztery-fünf-... I'm not even consistent, sometimes a number will be in one language, other times a different one. Right now I feel that I kind of stopped caring too much and just pick and choose whichever is easier at the moment.
