Do voluntary jobs with sick and old people. Replacing your problems with other people's problems makes you think better.
- emerged 9y agoYeah - I was just thinking "jeez all these people sure like talking about themselves" while scrolling through this thread. Self focus is a great way to push people away and a terrible way to be happy.
