You'll find kids in high school and younger that have 2 handicaps, alot of physical abilities but less mental aspects for the game. Steph Curry (basketball star) carries a 2 handicap so just having athletic talent can really make a difference, give him <2000 hours of practice and I'd bet he could play on the web.com tour.
