It's remarkable how much of an uproar and distraction one fairly low level employee can cause. Reminds me of an old Napoleon quote: "whoever is stupid and industrious must be got rid of, for he is too dangerous." This individual conducted cursory research while thinking he was conducting in-depth research. I fear his "echo chamber" argument will be construed to damage the diversity in tech movement.
