You can achieve this by making your company a better environment for women. This will get you more women in interviews and you'll end up with more female hires.
- raisinbread1234 9y agoHow do you think women dominate child care, teaching, nursing? simply by being better than men. Saying that tech is uniquely worse and sexist is just plain stupid. But then a majority of population is stupid, so that's understandable.
