This: If he had hired a good lawyer, I'm pretty sure we wouldn't be seeing him doing interviews Is a pretty baseless statement. It's also not what he said. This: If he had hired a good lawyer, I'm pretty sure we wouldn't be seeing him doing interviews and tweeting images of himself wearing a T-shirt comparing Google to a gulag. Is a pretty good point.
