"There are plenty of posts online about valuations, term sheets, and how to negotiate. I'm not going to get into that stuff here. This post is about the personal side of finding investors." Really? From my point of view, I constantly find articles about personal fit, finding the people who have the same goals, etc. I'd love an article about valuation, term sheets and how to negotiate. Can anybody tell me where to start?
