Same, with Colemak. I actually type a little faster now, but the major benefit is how comfortable it is. Hardly have to leave the home row.

- s_kilk 9y ago+1 for colemak. I've used all of Qwerty, Dvorak, Programer Dvorak, and Colemak. I think Colemak is the clear winner in terms of comfort. I also don't care much about speed, I just want to not have my hands ache by the end of the day.
