One thing that people should look at is MOF or other solutions to do carbon capture at existing fossil fuel/coal plants. MOFs can be highly efficient at removing carbon output from these older plants. Then the flue gases we currently emit can be re-used as reagents in algae bioreactors to produce biodiesel.
