Was not planning on implementing high-end Xeons, I was looking at ~EUR600 per CPU. So total for CPU's would have been slightly more than a 1950X. Also, a dual socket motherboard is also a bit more expensive. In total I think a single CPU 1950X is about 500 euro cheaper. So yeah, 'slightly' was a wrong choice of words.
