Hitchhike across southern Japan (Honshu mostly)
- masterj 16y agoI hitchhiked around Argentina and Chile 2 years ago, and the experience has been far and away the best thing I've done in my life. I'm currently gearing up for a much longer trip, if I can just figure out where. My old roommate spent a few weeks hitching around Japan and loved it. He had no trouble at all, and the people were all really nice. You might want to read Hokkaido Highway Blues if you haven't yet.
