- miheermunjal 9y agoat some point, its a cost equation. top of salary, benefits, inconsistent working hours = potentially unreliable delivery to clients // not complex solutions. custom dev isn't that groundbreaking, its just a game of balancing levers at play. Something always slips, its a fact of the game. This just seems too good to be true (though if it is, happy for them!)
