As Well: What's the context (purpose) for all this disagreeing you talk about? For bringing this subject up for view, in the first place? Is it to be right (a bit of arrogance) and try to make the other guy wrong? Is it to get to what works - to learn to say or do something better together (personally or professionally) What are you looking for - what do you want to change or happen - as an end result of the discourse - disagreement?
