I agree. Out of control population growth can of course be spun as an economic opportunity, but it first and foremost feels like a humanitarian disaster waiting to happen. Not only for Africa, but for the world at large. On the bright side, economic investment, growth & development might be one of the best ways to eventually curb said population growth.
