Removal of gendered language. Interesting though. Does it change the meaning subtly? "Each Googler is expected to do their utmost" to "Googlers are expected to do their utmost" It seems to me like it's saying "you should also be expected to be as a group" But the change is so small or subtle I could be reading into this.
