If this was in Norway the company would go out and say that this is not their stand, and people would try to explain the person why his views is so wrong and hurting in many ways. Fire the person because of something like this would be illegal, and I think it only grows more people with the same thoughts/ideology. I have no sympathy to James, but what Google does here I belive is more wrong in the long run.
