For another example: It would be the same as saying Blacks are inferior to 2. political opinions.
That is NOT OK. It is not a question of being outraged, it is a question of a hostile workplace.

I'm saying that there is a distinction between being offended/outraged and being harassed. Just because someone is offended by something doesn't mean it's harassment. My examples were explicitly meant to be silly to demonstrate the point.
