I found disabling all but SMS/WhatsApp/calls to be sufficient. I guess if you get a lot of those each day it might be a problem for me I might get a single mes

I found disabling all but SMS/WhatsApp/calls to be sufficient. I guess if you get a lot of those each day it might be a problem for me I might get a single message or two each day. I also allow notifications from a single email address but that's because it gets errors and not much else sent to it. Everything else can be handled when I feel like it.
