Several of my previous employers have been nap-friendly. At one we even had a hammock on a frame in the office; I used to lie down in that with a timer set for 15 minutes and nap when necessary. My current employer has a 'pool room' with couches, plants and nature sounds. Great for a brief nap. In my experience, this sort of thing is _especially_ helpful for new parents :)
