The difference is that they actually told their investors what happened instead of lying and bringing in new investors to help cover the losses.
- davidreiss 9y agoActually, a bunch of wall street, banking, etc all said the state of the economy was fine, there was no housing bubble, etc all on national TV before the markets collapsed. None of them went to jail.
