Would this be an efficient source of air pressure for the Hyperloop?
- LeifCarrotson 9y agoHyperloop needs vacuum, not pressure.
- erikpukinskis 9y agoPressure can be efficiently converted to vacuum I believe.
- wolfgang42 9y agoI'm not sure why this is being downvoted. The method that immediately comes to mind is using the Venturi effect, though admittedly I don't know the efficiencies involved.

- snerbles 9y agoCouple the tower to an enormous array of venturi tubes. Whether the vacuum generated from the flow is adequate for hyperloop use, and how to actually connect the vacuum lines from the absurd contraption to the hyperloop tube in a structurally sound manner are left as exercises for the reader.

- Jaepa 9y agoAre you suggesting that the hyperloop built 5km up? Also no, as LeifCarrotson mentioned, the hyperloop is removed air to reduce drag.
