I get into the office around 10 to 10:30 (not mentioned in the article). So, leaving at 7:30 is around a 9 hour day (pretty reasonable I think). On some occasions I leave later (last Friday we were at the office until 11!), but that's certainly not every day. Also, generally we don't work from the office on weekends any more.
