The remaining employees will have to work faster and harder.
- pavel_lishin 9y agoOr the quality of their product may suffer. Or they've come up with a way to automate or 'outsource' garlic-bag-stuffing.
- VLM 9y agoMost likely once the garlic guy is fired, the recipe selections will no longer include garlic-lime chicken, or situation extremely similar to this.

- VLM 9y agoGarlic is simply too common in most cooking to eliminate, so the outcome will be extremely similar with obscure ingredients like lemongrass or papaya or thai chile paste.
- doingmyting 9y agoThis was what I wondered as well. How will they keep up with existing orders in the interim if they are running with only 3/4 of their worforce? Go on a one day hiring spree like Amazon? None of what they're doing adds up for me.
