- fspacef 9y agoOf course in a perfect world that's what its supposed to be but as some other comments in the thread have pointed out, opp. lawyers are hoping to press on issues and hope you say something that can be misinterpreted as malicious or incompetent later in front of a jury.
- staticautomatic 9y agoSure, but looking for or even trying to force an admission which may be useful down the line is different than actively trying to trip someone up.
