- JdeBP 9y agoYou wouldn't have done what is being done here with ANSI.SYS. This isn't picking one of 16 colours. This is altering what those 16 colours display as: the 24-bit colours that the 16-colour palette maps to. It's all about what colour "blue" is, again.
