If it helps, I'll say that I've tried using Priceline's software and found it similarly broken and buggy in a way consistent with the article. No issues with my CC being charged--thank goodness--but I saw flights disappear, reappear, change availability, and change details entirely while trying to book a trip to Munich. Eventually I gave up and ate the slightly worse prices at Expedia. No bugs, easier to pick a flight, and no obnoxious William Shatner-oriented graphic design.
