Why buy a failing company when most of their userbase will organically come to you when it shuts down?
- tracker1 9y agoseamless acquisition, search engine rankings, targeted users... Give existing artists say 90-days post-aquisition to convert to paid accounts, etc. There's plenty of reason... now said transition could be more costly than the buyout though.
