I'm not calling those people out because I'm not reading the riot act on everyone I disagree with regarding Uber's search for a CEO, I'm disagreeing with the person who commented above me. I think there are arguments to be made that appointing female CEO could culturally disrupt Uber in a way that might encourage more equality, but I agree that those arguments can't base on the idea that being in X demographic immunizes you to X prejudices.
