Poll: Where do you live?
Hacker news is an eclectic community, let's see how varied our locales are.
Maybe one country lends itself to hackers? We'll see.
(Take into account that HN is in English, so English-speaking countries should be at the top.)
- MisterWebz 16y agoBelgium, to be specific
- exception 16y agoHeh Me too.. Where? I'm in Brugge.
- MisterWebz 16y agoKortrijk. I guess we don't live far apart.
- exception 16y agoNot far at all! It's great to see someone else here on HN who is in a small Belgian town. There doesn't seem to be a lot going on here technically outside of Brussels. But I'm certainly wrong... I'm not native and find it really hard to know what's happening :(
- MisterWebz 16y agoYes, definitely. It's really hard to find people interested in start ups around here, let alone HN. Someone should create a web app where we could indicate the city where we live on a world map.
- TheSmoke 16y agoIstanbul / Turkey.
- sounddust 16y agoHere's a previous "where are you from" poll: http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=527681 http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=527681 (not that it's a bad idea to run another one, given that it's been over a year).
- lukeqsee 16y agoI did a quick search, didn't find one. Thanks.
