I'm probably up too late, but why would falling demand for an asset cause that asset's price to rise, shouldn't it be the opposite?
- sowbug 9y agoIt gets used for something more valuable than parking. (One might question that premise; unless there were zoning reasons the land had to be used for parking, you'd expect the free market to have already found the most valuable use for it.)
- PakG1 9y agoI think he was hoping the lots could be rezoned to sell for some kind of construction development when the lots were no longer useful.
