I agree 100%. Homeless people should have other places that accommodate sleeping, bathing, and dealing/consuming drugs during the daytime. The problem is in the US, they generally only have night-time accommodation and even those have strict limits.

Absolutely. Every time I visit the USA I'm floored by the absence of public spaces and facilities for the lower class and impoverished. It's truly amazing how poorly it seems they handle their national wealth.
