- anigbrowl 9y agoWhy do you think that is relevant to anything since it's not what actually happened? It seems like you want all the content of every article shoehorned into the few words of the headline. That's not going to happen.
- TulliusCicero 9y agoIt's technically possible yes, but decriminalization is generally proposed as a component of a larger strategy called "treating addiction as a health issue rather than a criminal one".
