Where do you work? This is unacceptable. They should be publicly shamed.
- nxsynonym 9y agoNormally I'm not against blasting companies based on a single data point/experience, but if this is really how those colleagues acted I would be shouting this companies name from the rooftops. It sucks that this is able to happen. It's even worse that its common enough to be thought of as an industry standard. I don't really have anything to add (for op) other than leave that company immediately, shame them, and move on.
- mattnewton 9y agoI would advise the tactical route of leaving, acquiring gainful employment elsewhere, then shaming. Got to look out for yourself first.
